No-Show Policy

  • A “no-show” is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.

  • No refund is given for No-shows.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.

  • No additional time will be scheduled.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. At our discretion, a refund may be issued or the appointment may be rescheduled.
